Weekly records, on your iPhone

A GLP-1 shot tracker for the plan you already have.

Keep your prescribed semaglutide or tirzepatide schedule, recorded shots, injection sites, and notes together. PepShot organizes your history around the instructions you enter.

From a weekly reminder to a dated record

A calendar alert helps you remember a planned event. A dose log records the administration itself. PepShot brings those two jobs together: enter your clinician-provided schedule, enable reminders, and record each administration when it happens.

What you can keep in PepShot
Your recordWhat it helps you review
Administration historyThe doses and dates you actually recorded
Injection-site historyThe locations you selected for previous shots
NotesObservations and questions tied to an entry
Calendar and CSV exportA dated history and a separate copy to share when you choose

Keep earlier entries when your prescription changes

Your history should reflect the amount recorded at the time. When your clinician provides new instructions, update your plan and keep a note of the change. PepShot does not supply a titration schedule or decide when a change is appropriate.

Private protocol records, no account required

Your protocol records are stored on your iPhone. There is no PepShot account or cloud synchronization for that data. The privacy policy explains device backups, optional product analytics, and subscription services.

Is PepShot a free GLP-1 tracker?

The app is free to download, but its tracking features require a paid PepShot Pro subscription. Check the App Store for current prices, trial eligibility, and renewal terms. If you want a free paper option, use our printable injection log.

Does it choose or calculate my dose?

No. Enter the dose and schedule supplied by your licensed clinician or pharmacy. PepShot does not calculate medication doses, interpret symptoms, or provide missed-dose instructions.
