How it works

Three steps to a protocol that runs itself

PepShot turns a folder of notes, napkin math, and "did I dose this morning?" into one glanceable dashboard.

STEP 1

Build your protocol

Add each compound with your dose, schedule (daily, every-N-days, specific weekdays), route, and any weeks-on/off cycle. Presets fill names and vial sizes — dosing is always yours.

STEP 2

Log in one tap

The Today dashboard shows exactly what's due. One tap logs the dose, picks the longest-rested injection site on a body map, and draws it down from your active vial.

STEP 3

Never lose track

Streaks, 14-day adherence, per-vial days-since-reconstitution, low-stock warnings, calendar history, and CSV export — the whole protocol, visible.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

How do I calculate peptide reconstitution and syringe units?

Concentration = peptide in the vial (mcg) ÷ BAC water (mL). Draw volume = your dose ÷ concentration. Multiply by 100 for U-100 insulin syringe units. Learn more and use the free calculator →

How much BAC water should I add to a vial?

Commonly 1–3 mL. More water = larger, easier-to-read syringe draws; less = smaller injection volume. The dose never changes, only the concentration. Learn more →

How long do reconstituted peptides last in the fridge?

Common guidance is to use a reconstituted vial within about 28 days refrigerated. PepShot shows each vial's day count and flags old vials. Learn more →

How should I rotate injection sites?

Alternate among abdomen, thighs, glutes, and deltoids (left/right), giving each site time to rest. PepShot suggests the longest-rested site automatically. Learn more →

Can PepShot handle weeks-on / weeks-off cycles?

Yes — set any on/off pattern and the schedule, reminders, and cycle-week counter follow it. Learn more →

Does it work for semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Weekly GLP-1 schedules are built in, with reminders and site rotation designed for weekly shots. Learn more →

Is my data private?

Your peptide protocol, doses, and vials stay on your device — no account, no server for that data. Anonymous product analytics and subscription status are collected to run and improve the app; your health data is never part of it or sold. Read the privacy policy →

Is PepShot medical advice?

No. PepShot is a tracking and math tool; it never suggests doses or compounds. Always consult a licensed clinician about your protocol.
