PepShot is an iPhone app by Paolo Francesco Manca, built to keep clinician-provided treatment records organized: doses, schedules, injection sites, cycles, and vials.
What the app does
You enter the plan supplied by your clinician or pharmacy. PepShot keeps an administration diary, reminders, and history around the values you entered. It does not choose a compound, calculate a medication dose, recommend an injection site, or create a treatment plan.
Protocol records stay on your device. Product analytics and subscription services are described in the privacy policy. The app requires a paid PepShot Pro subscription. The App Store listing has the available plans and terms.
How we write our guides
Our guides focus on recordkeeping, product features, and the limits of tracking tools. PepShot is the publisher; these pages are not presented as medical advice or as independently reviewed clinical guidance.
Where we discuss medication instructions or injection-safety guidance, we link to primary public sources such as the FDA, CDC, and MedlinePlus. Those sources inform the specific statements beside the links. They do not endorse PepShot or review the whole article.
We do not publish recommended peptide doses, universal mixing recipes, or treatment cycles. Individual product labels and instructions from the dispensing pharmacy take precedence over a general guide.
Updates and corrections
An article’s updated date reflects a substantive change to that page. We check app descriptions against the available product and correct guidance when we identify a mismatch or a source changes. We do not claim a medical reviewer or professional credential where none is established.

The printable injection log and web calculator can be used without an account. The calculator is separate from the iPhone app. Its output checks arithmetic from your inputs; it does not validate instructions or advise what to administer.
